Soup Day is back at the Lane Memorial Library! Join us for a full day of food events including an animal program at 10:30 AM, community soup tasting at 12 PM, and chocolate tasting at 12:30 PM. Vote for your favorite soup and stick around for the award ceremony to see who wins the People's Choice awards.

Registration is NOT required unless you plan on submitting a soup.

All soup that is submitted must include at least two "New World" ingredients. "New World" ingredients include: Corn, potatoes, cranberries, chocolate, vanilla, maple syrup, pumpkin, chilies, allspice, black beans, and turkey.

REGISTER BY Friday, October 11th. SOUPS MUST ARRIVE BY 11:00 A.M. ON THE MORNING OF THE COMPETITION IN A SLOW COOKER.

Prizes for soup winners are:

• People’s 1st - $50 Gift certificate to Seacoast Soups with prize basket
• People’s 2nd -$25 Gift certificate to Seacoast Soups with prize basket
