About the Teacher:
Trish Manning is a retired RN who has had a successful career as a Registered Nurse in a variety of roles: Intensive Care and Critical Care Nurse, Nurse Manager, Clinical Educator, Nurse Executive, Electronic Medical Record Trainer, Implementation Manager and Clinical Content Advisor, and Director of Quality Improvement for a physician organization.
Trish holds a BS degree in Behavioral Organization and is a Certified Health Coach, a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, and has additional education and experience in holistic health practices.
She has received her health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.
