An early release day event. Come make a paper plate hot air balloon and decoupage terra cotta pot. Participants must be school age, Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Kindergarteners and 1st graders will need an adult to stay with them for the event, 2nd and 3rd graders need a supervising adult to stay with them or in the library during the event. 4th and 5th graders do not need an adult in the building during an event. All supplies provided. Registration required.
